Wudlab is in no way liable legally or otherwise for any claims on the correctness or legality of the results. Under no conditions is Wudlab liable for any damages whatsoever. This scan and authentications results are just an indicating reference for the users and in no way legally binding. The users are advised to use his/her own judgements based on other criteria and not just the scan results. At best the scan results should serve as an indicative guide.
What kind of data is collected?
The data collected may include your name, mobile number, email address, city, date and time of use, geographic location, the authentication result and related performance telemetry data. No additional data will be collected without your consent.
If an end user chooses to provide feedback or report counterfeit products, these may be used by Wudlab and its customers and licensees for the purposes of providing feedback or a response to the end user.
What is the legal basis for the collection of data?
The collection of data is based on the user`s consent to this Privacy Notice.
How will the information be used?
Wudlab uses the data to perform the services advertised and to optimize the user experience, fix errors and improve usability and effectiveness of products. Wudlab may update the use of your data and will ask for your consent to any changes regarding how your data is processed. Wudlab operates a secure web portal for its business customers and licensees which shows the information collected of where products with Wudlab labels have been scanned and the result of such scans. Wudlab may also aggregate the data specified above. The data may be used for the provision of authentication and anti-counterfeiting services and marketing (consumer and business) purposes.
Where required by applicable law, Wudlab may be required to share data with government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities.
How long will the data be stored for?
The data is stored as long as necessary to provide our service to you in accordance with mandatory law and is in all cases pseudonymised.

What about links to third party services?
Wudlab may include links to third party services. Your use of such third-party services and how your data is processed by such third party is regulated by the privacy notice of such third parties. All licensees of Wudlab utilise their own infrastructure and web server for marketing campaigns, product registration and cross-selling. We may use third party services for incident reporting and push notification services.
Log Files
Wudlab follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. Almost all hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information
